We package the jewelry in a velvet jewelry bag with a complementary polishing cloth. Multiple pieces from a single order may be placed in a single jewelry bag. If you require them to be packaged individually please let us know in the checkout. Each order will be packed in a shipping box or padded envelope.

Gift boxes are also available for add-on purchase.

Local Shipping (Singapore)

Our orders have 2-3 days for processing time. All orders are shipped through Singpost Smartpac*. Please expect the shipment within 4-5 days after your order has been placed.
*Smartpac delivers to your letterbox on Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays).

A tracking number will be provided after your packages are shipped out.

Please ensure delivery addresses are correctly provided upon checkout. Hey, Stranger will not be liable for the cost of redelivery if the package bounces back due to incorrect or incomplete address.
