Materials
We only use 304 stainless steel as a base material. With gold / rose gold products to be gold / rose gold plated.
The materials we use have proven to be durable - tried and tested! They are safe to wear on skin - no rust, tarnish or turning green.
We even put them through water, soap and sanitizers during our testing phase to see how well it does and it outlasted them all! (Of course, we still recommend against this, but we’ve tested it so you don’t have to.)
Product Care
Each piece of jewelry is designed to last with love and care. However, all metals are eventually susceptible to fade (Except solid gold!)
We test all our products to ensure quality before launching them but its longevity depends on your care for our products.
Here are some guidelines to allow your jewelry to maintain their shine and reduce scratches:
Avoid harsh chemicals and remove before showering or entering pools.
Apply lotions and perfumes and let dry before putting on your jewelry.
Keep separate in air tight display cases to prevent tarnish and scratches.
Use a polishing cloth to remove grime and excess build up. Alternatively, use water and mild soap with a gentle cloth.
Packaging
We package the jewelry in a velvet jewelry bag with a complementary polishing cloth. Multiple pieces from a single order may be placed in a single jewelry bag. If you require them to be packaged individually please let us know in the checkout.
